- Impacts
- Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
- Additional details
- - At 1205 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Watagua River, Laurel Fork, Flat Branch, Norris Fork, Meat Camp Creek, Elk Creek, Left Prong Stony Fork, Dugger Creek, Grassy Creek, Mill Creek, Brushy Fork, Little Dugger Creek, Fall Creek and Dutch Creek. Additional rainfall amounts up to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
