...The National Weather Service in Greenville-Spartanburg has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in North Carolina...

(English) Broad River At above Sandy Run Ck, 3 SSW Boiling Springs affecting Cleveland County.

.Heavy tropical showers will continue to overspread the Broad River basin through tonight with 3 to 4 inches accumulating with locally as much as 8 inches possible in favored locales and higher elevations. Confidence has increased that flooding along the Broad River will develop this weekend. Interests all along the Broad River, even as far upstream as Bat Cave are urged to monitor river levels and take appropriate action as needed.
