A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 PM EDT FOR SOUTHEASTERN WARREN AND NORTHWESTERN HALIFAX COUNTIES
At 239 PM EDT, a new severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 14 miles south of Littleton, or 17 miles southeast of Warrenton, moving northeast at 20 mph.

- Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
