A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 PM EDT FOR WEST CENTRAL JOHNSTON COUNTY
At 104 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Clayton, or 9 miles west of Smithfield, moving northeast at 35 mph.
