A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1245 PM EDT FOR SOUTHEASTERN HARNETT AND NORTH CENTRAL CUMBERLAND COUNTIES
At 1225 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Godwin, or 8 miles south of Lillington, moving northeast at 35 mph.

- Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
