Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Bands of heavy rainfall will persist across Southeast Georgia and Southeast South Carolina into the early morning hours Sunday. Widespread rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected, with locally higher amounts of 3 to 6 inches possible.
