For Waters from Cape Blanco OR to Pt. St. George CA from 10 to 60 nm, from Medford, OR
- What
- North winds 20 to 30 kt with a few gusts up to 40 kt and steep to very steep wind-driven seas of 8 to 12 ft. Winds ease to 10 to 20 kt and seas gradually subside to 6 to 8 ft Monday night and Tuesday, but seas remain hazardous to small craft.

- All areas, with the strongest winds and steepest seas from around Port Orford southward.
- When
- For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 11 PM PDT Monday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 11 PM Monday to 11 PM PDT Tuesday.
