- What

- Where
- Portions of north central and northeast Nevada, including the following areas, in north central Nevada, Southern Lander and Southern Eureka. In northeast Nevada, Northern Elko and Southwest Elko.
- When
- From this evening through late Sunday night.
- Impacts
- Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. In addition, flash flooding is possible over recently burned areas like the former Oxley Fire, Antelope Fire, California Creek Fire, and Master Fire. Other burn scar locations in the watch area could also be affected.
- Additional details
- - Deep moisture from decaying Hurricane Rachel is expected to move northward, crossing into portions of east-central and eastern Nevada late tonight through roughly Monday. This significant moisture will interact with upper level low pressure to bring widespread showers with isolated thunderstorms to the watch area. Moderate to locally heavy rain will cause excessive runoff and may result in rock, mud, and debris flows in and near former fire burned areas, steep terrain, and poorly drained urban areas. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
