Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread rainfall is expected through Thursday night, with rainfall totals reaching upwards to 2 to 3 inches. There will be the potential for swaths of rainfall greater than 3 inches as well in some areas. The cumulative effects of this rainfall will result in rises along area rivers, along with the potential for areal flooding as well. The threat for flash flooding is low.
